Later, take a leisurely stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple. In the evening, relax in the comfort of an air-conditioned theater nearby as you enjoy a traditional water puppet show, a storytelling performance combining music and movement that offers deeper insight into Vietnamese culture.

Travel to Halong Bay from Hanoi, and it will take about 2.5 hours by road. After boarding your cruise ship, a delicious lunch awaits as you set sail.

The afternoon is yours to explore, with a range of optional activities (kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, etc.) on offer. When the golden hour arrives, do not miss the breathtaking view of the bay, with the limestone peaks lit up in gold and orange. It makes a great lead-in to your evening, as you then sit down to a tasty dinner on board.

Tips: Since you'll be bringing all your luggage onboard today and packing it again to disembark tomorrow, it's a good idea to keep the items you'll need during the cruise readily accessible to save time repacking.

Start your day with a relaxing Tai Chi class on deck - wake up early to join in! Then, explore the magnificent Luon Cave, famous for its stunning scenery and tranquil waters surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. After about 1 hour of sightseeing, return to your boat and enjoy a brunch while heading to the pier.

This morning, set out for a half day exploration of the historic underground Cu Chi Tunnels - a vast network of narrow passageways that once served as secret hideouts and lifelines during the war. Walking through them, you'll get a vivid sense of the courage and ingenuity that defined this remarkable chapter of history.

After the tour, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City to visit the Ben Thanh market, War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace).

If you like, you can take a leisurely stroll through Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat) and visit Old Saigon Post Office.

Today, head to the charming city of My Tho in the Mekong Delta for a full-day exploration. Start your tour at a bustling wholesale fruit market, alive with fresh produce. Then, enjoy a relaxing boat ride along the Mekong River, passing by the delta's iconic islands. Stop at an orchid garden to sip honey tea and visit a local chocolate-making workshop.

Next, continue to Ben Tre, where you'll see how coconut candy is made and take a tuk-tuk ride along scenic village road. At a local farm, taste fresh tropical fruits and enjoy traditional music. Finish with a sampan ride along a serene canal, immersing in the peaceful countryside.

After a Mekong Delta lunch, return to My Tho. On the way back, savor fresh coconut water and visit the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda, an exquisite blend of Asian and European architectural styles.
