Day 1:Arrival in Chiang Mai

Arrive in Chiang Mai, where the lively atmosphere of the Thailand Lantern Festival greets you! Upon arrival, our airport representative will welcome you at the exit and arrange a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Take some time to relax and get settled, while the city is lit up with colorful lanterns, creating a festive and enchanting setting that promises unforgettable memories during your stay.

Day 2:Chiang Mai City Highlights and Thailand Lantern Festival Celebration

Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai

Start your day exploring Chiang Mai's cultural highlights. Visit the historic Wat Chedi Luang, then head to Wat Phra Singh, an excellent example of Lanna architecture. Continue to the iconic Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, one of Thailand's most revered temples, with a stop at Wat Umong set in lush forest.

After a relaxing break, get ready for an evening of enchantment at the Yi Peng Lantern Festival at the CAD Cultural Center Lanna (on a join-in basis, VIP seating, pick up and drop off at the designated location), just outside the city. This is the festival of a lifetime, where you'll witness traditional performances like the sword dance, enjoy a Lanna Thai buffet dinner, and take part in the peaceful rituals of monk chanting. As night falls, the sky will come alive with thousands of lanterns soaring high into the heavens, carrying your wishes and dreams while symbolizing the release of past misfortunes.

Day 3:Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary

Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary

Today, journey to the outskirts to visit a Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary, where you'll connect with Thailand's cherished Asian elephants. Upon arrival, you'll receive a safety briefing and be instructed to change into traditional clothing. Spend the morning feeding, walking, and interacting with these magnificent creatures in a natural environment.

In the afternoon, you'll learn how to prepare sticky rice mixed with herbal ingredients, a special treat for the elephants. Enjoy more time with these beloved national animals, guiding them to a pond for a relaxing bath. After a heartwarming day, return to your hotel.

Day 4:Chiang Mai Cooking Class

This morning, join a half-day Thai cooking class at a renowned cooking school in Chiang Mai. Start with a visit to a local market, where you'll select fresh ingredients for your dishes. Under the guidance of a skilled chef, you'll learn how to prepare traditional Thai recipes and uncover the secrets behind the rich flavors that make Thai cuisine unique.

After the class, sit down to enjoy the dishes you've prepared for lunch. Then, you will be transferred back to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, whether you want to explore Chiang Mai's local attractions, shop at the lively markets, or relax and unwind in a cozy café.
