Today's rafting journey is full of adventure. A professional guide and the right equipment will be waiting for you to ride the waves on the wild and scenic Pacuare River. Of course, before it, there will be some safety instructions.

During it, you will pass through some picturesque canyons with rapid waterfalls plummeting down, stop to explore side streams that lead to the striking waterfalls or even swim in a crystal-clear pool. A picnic lunch will be served along the river. After this incredible rafting experience, you can change into dry clothes before heading to the drop-off point and continuing with a private land transfer towards La Fortuna Village where the mighty Arenal Volcano will welcome you. On the way, you will pass through different towns, enjoy beautiful rural sceneries, and get known of the local cash crops.

It is another leisure day for your arrangement. Many other outdoor activities are waiting for you, but you may prefer a cultural experience, such as a cooking class or chocolate tour.

With the cooking tour, you will visit Mr. Scott Alan's kitchen with amazing window views of the Arenal Volcano and follow him to unlock the recipe of typical Costa Rica cuisine. You can even learn to prepare one of the classic Caribbean cocktails.

Taking the chocolate tour, you will learn about the stages of chocolate production from seeds to cup, including the history and culture behind it, as well as make and enjoy a cup of traditional hot chocolate.

Your amazing Coast Rica holiday ends today. After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the international airport of San Jose for your departure flight back home. It will take about three hours on the road, so please book your return flight that departs no earlier than mid-day.
