"John Hu arranged a 4 week trip for my wife and I in Nepal, Bhutan, and India. He did a great job and we couldn't be happier. He was very responsive to all of our questions, both before and during the trip. He managed to get room upgrades for us at several of the hotels, plus a couple of free meals. We knew little about where to stay and what to do, and his recommendations were well thought out. The local guides and drivers he arranged were good to excellent, and there were no problems at all as far as meeting us where and when they were supposed to, etc. He was super flexible when we wanted to add things (e.g., a sightseeing flight to Everest) that we decided on last minute. We were frankly a little skeptical of Odynovo, since we had never heard of them, but after this experience we have already used them again to arrange a small side trip at the end of a future cruise in South America. In short, John and Odynovo did a great job and provided us with a memorable and wonderful trip."
