"John Hu arranged a 4 week trip for my wife and I in Nepal, Bhutan, and India. He did a great job and we couldn't be happier. He was very responsive to all of our questions, both before and during the trip. He managed to get room upgrades for us at several of the hotels, plus a couple of free meals. We knew little about where to stay and what to do, and his recommendations were well thought out. The local guides and drivers he arranged were good to excellent, and there were no problems at all as far as meeting us where and when they were supposed to, etc. He was super flexible when we wanted to add things (e.g., a sightseeing flight to Everest) that we decided on last minute. We were frankly a little skeptical of Odynovo, since we had never heard of them, but after this experience we have already used them again to arrange a small side trip at the end of a future cruise in South America. In short, John and Odynovo did a great job and provided us with a memorable and wonderful trip."

Wonderful Trip to Japan
Elizabeth With Cherry Blossom

"I had a great experience with Odynovo. I highly recommend them. I booked a trip to Japan for our family of 5 through them. What I appreciated most was the honesty of our travel consultant John, from the beginning he was willing to work with us to help us have the best trip possible within our budget. I suggested visiting somewhere that the internet said was wonderful, and he gently guided me to an option that would be more convenient and cost-effective. Even on the trip when a small mixup happened, he was available and helped resolve the issue. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived in Japan that many details I thought I would have to take care of, like purchasing train tickets, were already done for us. Our tour guides for different days were wonderful. They spoke great English and really helped us feel confident at navigating the subways on our own during free days. Our hotels were great; comfortable and pleasant. If and when we go abroad again, I will definitely look into booking through Odynovo."
