The 2026 Chiang Mai Sky Lantern Festival at the Yee Peng Lanna International Venue (Lanna Dhutanka, Mae Jo University) takes place on 24–25 November. The same program is offered on both evenings, so you can simply choose the date that best fits your travel plans.

14:30 - 15:00 Arrival & Spiritual Exhibition
Check in, receive your souvenir kit, and explore the Spirituality & Aesthetics Exhibition.

16:00 Thai Buffet Dinner
Enjoy a buffet featuring authentic Thai dishes, snacks, desserts, and soft drinks before the evening ceremony begins.

18:00 Lantern Safety Demonstration
Enter the ritual area and attend a sky lantern launching safety demonstration.

19:00 Religious Ceremony & Meditation
Join Buddhist chanting, guided meditation, and a candlelight procession in preparation for the lantern release.

20:00 Grand Lantern Release
Experience the magical moment when thousands of sky lanterns rise into the night sky following the Buddhist blessing ceremony.

The official ceremony concludes.

Terms and Conditions
1. Souvenir kit (includes mosquito repellent, rain gear, and a bottle of water).
2. Two lanterns per person.
3. Buffet with Thai dishes, snacks, desserts, and soft drinks.
4. Traditional performance by the local community.
5. Monk-led meditation.
6. Odynovo team will take care of our clients on-site.
7. Round-trip shared transfers between designated meeting points in Chiang Mai and the festival venue (transfer option only).
Notes: Children under 12 years old: Free of charge (must be under the full responsibility of parents).
