Bangkok Tour With Khao Yai

After breakfast, meet your private guide and begin exploring Bangkok's cultural highlights.

Start the morning at a colorful local flower and vegetable market for a glimpse into daily life in the city. Continue to the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, home to the sacred Emerald Buddha and among Thailand's most important royal and religious landmarks.

After lunch at a local restaurant nearby, enjoy a private long-tail boat ride through Bangkok's historic canals, locally known as khlongs. Cruise past traditional wooden houses on stilts and experience a quieter side of the city away from the busy streets.

Along the way, admire Wat Arun from the river before continuing to Wat Pho, famous for its giant Reclining Buddha and traditional Thai massage heritage.

Depart Bangkok in the morning and travel by private vehicle to Khao Yai National Park, located about three hours northeast of the capital.

Upon arrival, your tour guide will give you a brief introduction of the park and instruction for the trip to come. Stop at the viewpoint where possible to see gibbon and pig-tailed macaque monkey or hornbill.

After a simple local lunch, continue to Haew Suwat Waterfall, one of Khao Yai's most famous waterfalls and a filming location from The Beach starring Leonardo DiCaprio.

Later, we will continue to the best viewpoint of the national park and then drive to search for wildlife. Spend a couple of hours exploring the forest. We will back to hotel before 4pm to check-in.

When night falls, go on a night safari experience. Using spotlights, search for nocturnal wildlife that becomes active after dark, creating one of the most memorable moments of the journey.

After breakfast, continue exploring Khao Yai National Park with a soft trekking experience through the jungle.

Begin with a slow drive through the forest while searching for wildlife such as gibbons and hornbills. Then enjoy a gentle trek along natural trails accompanied by your guide, offering a closer look at the park's rich flora and fauna.

After lunch, visit Haew Narok Waterfall, the tallest waterfall in Khao Yai National Park, dramatically surrounded by dense forest. Continue exploring areas where wild elephants are sometimes seen foraging in the late afternoon.

Later, return to Bangkok by private vehicle and transfer back to your hotel in the evening.
