Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival, Bangkok

  When landing in Thailand's magnetic capital of Bangkok, you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide and transferred via private vehicle to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing after a long flight, and getting your first taste of the delectable Thai cuisine.

• Day 2: Bangkok, City Exploration by Local Transport

  Embark on a full-day guided tour to familiarize yourself with Bangkok's notable sights using a mix of public transport. Ride a BTS Skytrain through the towering skyscrapers, sail the Chao Phraya River on a ferry boat, and hop onto a three-wheeled tuk-tuk to discover a well-hidden flower market. While roaming around the iconic Grand Palace, admire the glittering halls, pavilions, and courtyards of the royal Siamese court. At the nearby Wat Pho, get ready to be wowed by a 45-meter-long gold-gilded reclining Buddha.

• Day 3: Bangkok - Surat Thani - Khao Sok National Park

  This morning, travel onward by a brief flight to Surat Thani, the gateway to Khao Sok National Park.

  You will be collected from the airport on arrival and transferred via private vehicle to Khao Sok Village. After checking into your hotel, pay a visit to a local family and join your host in preparing a homemade meal for lunch. At an elephant sanctuary, help feed these gentle giants and observe their natural behaviors.

• Day 4: Khao Sok National Park

  Wake up to the gentle sound of nature. After breakfast, check out the hotel and start your epic adventure with a long-tailed boat ride across the relatively untouched Cheow Larn Lake. Here, you will find yourself surrounded by calm waters, limestone cliffs, and dense rainforests. While exploring Khao Sam Klur, take in every bit of the karst landscape, have your camera ready to capture the beauty, and take a dip in the lake - if you like.

  At noon, arrive at your raft house for lunch and settle into your room. The afternoon continues with a guided hike through the lush jungle, searching for rare and exotic plants and animals.

• Day 5: Khao Sok National Park - Khao Lak

  Arise early for a boat safari on the lake to spot various birds and animals that inhabit the national park. Once back at the raft house, enjoy a refreshing breakfast to a backdrop of stunning scenery and spend some time swimming or kayaking.

  After lunch, set off on a 2.5-hour scenic drive departing Khao Sok for Khao Lak, where you will have two free days relaxing by the sea.

• Day 6: Khao Lak, Leisure Day

  Have a free day to relax on the white sandy beach, enjoy your hotel's facilities, or experience a traditional Thai massage.

  Another day at leisure to relax or explore your beautiful surroundings. You may like to take an optional excursion to the nearby Similan Islands, and you can go diving or snorkeling into the tropical waters of the Andaman Sea to discover the colorful underwater world.

• Day 8: Khao Lak - Phuket, Departure

  Your adventure comes to an end after breakfast today. At the appointed time, an about 1.5-hour private transfer will whisk you to Phuket Airport for your homebound flight.
