- 45 Days Before Departure: The remaining balance must be paid in full.
- 60 Days or More Prior to Departure: Full refund of the deposit and any payments made.
- 59-45 Days Prior to Departure: 15% of the total payment will be charged; the balance will be refunded.
- 44-15 Days Prior to Departure: 30% of the total payment will be charged; the balance will be refunded.
- 14-7 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total payment will be charged; the balance will be refunded.
- Less Than 7 Days Prior to Departure: No refund will be made.

- Any cancellation fees imposed by third-party service providers (including but not limited to banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, and railway companies) will be deducted from the refund.
- Traveler substitutions are considered cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fees.
- After the tour begins, no refunds will be made for unused services due to early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days (including but not limited to Overnights, flights, trains, meals, or entrance tickets).
