Welcome to Morocco! After a warm greeting at the arrival hall of the airport, head to your downtown hotel by private transfer. If jet lag isn't slowing you down, the food stalls in Jemaa el-Fnaa are great to start exploring Moroccan flavor.

A full day on foot through Marrakech's old quarter, where the food is never far from the architecture. Following the guide, you will find the tiny and delicate Bahia Palace built in the 19th century, the Saadian Tombs setting in calm gardens, the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque (Non-Muslims can't go inside) with a striking minaret.

The day ends at Jemaa el-Fnaa, the main square and a UNESCO-listed cultural space, and the souk beside it. By day the square is juice carts and storytellers, and after dark it becomes open-air kitchens - lamb mechoui pulled off the bone, charcoal skewers, snail broth. Your guide will point out where locals eat, and more usefully, where they don't.

Enjoy your time in a small village and experience the countryside first hand. Learn some of the daily tasks from baking your own bread, learning to make your own tagine, cooking on coals, milking the goats, going for water at the well and making mint tea. The pace follows the village's own rhythm, not a tour timetable.

This morning, the olfactory experience invites you to tailor your own perfume from basic ingredients. In the studio of Mr. Benchabane, the artist who created the famous Soire de Marrakech perfume, you will discover musk, lavender, and jasmine to create your very own perfume with the help of a palette of fragrances and the advice from Mr. Benchabane.

Depart Marrakech after the perfume tour and arrive in Rabat after around four hours.

Today, your Rabat City Sightseeing covers its UNESCO-listed new town and the old town, including Kasbah of the Udayas, the Testing garden, Almohad gates, Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Habous neighborhood.

Afterwards, your guide leads a walking route through the medina with more than six tasting stops and a main meal. Rabat makes its pastilla with seafood instead of pigeon, grills sardines near the port, and sells maakouda (potato fritter) and rziza (moroccan thread pancake) from the same medina lanes.

Visit the partly-excavated ruins of Volubilis on the way between Rabat and Fez. Through its well-preserved columns, visible streets, and houses with exquisite mosaic floors, you can easily imagine the life of that era. Not far from it, you will also visit the holy city of Moulay Idriss, where Morocco's first Islamic ruler, Idris I, sleeps forever.

After the tour, proceed to Fez for the night.

In the guided tour to Fez Medina today, you will get an insight into Moroccan traditions and cultures. Fassi cooking is the most refined kitchen in Morocco, and its raw material is all in these alleys: pyramids of saffron, cumin and ras el hanout. Stroll and explore its maze-like street, you will see communal wood-fired bread ovens; women working msemen (Moroccan square pancake) and baghrir (Moroccan thousand-hole pancake) on griddles, whole lambs hanging in the mechoui shops, sold by the kilo with cumin and salt. Selfie outside the King's Palace with its impressive gate, visit some tanneries, and talk to some potters. After the tour, have some leisure time to explore more about the old Fez.

Venture out of Fez into the countryside by bicycle.

At the tranquil village of Bhalil, you will see unique cave houses with a chance to try a traditional morning tea. Continue to Immouzer, passing through a charming valley with breathtaking nature. Stop at La Pommeraie, a famous cheese-producing area. At the end of the tour, you will be entertained with Cheese tasting and a BBQ lunch.

Start the day with a short visit to the old Medina, where your guide will provide all kinds of explanations about the ingredients, traditions, and customs related to Moroccan kitchen. Then, get to a family-owned Riad to start your cooking adventure. Under the guidance of the chef, try to cook traditional Moroccan dishes as your lunch.

In the afternoon, proceed to Casablanca 3.5-hour land journey.
