Day 2: Giza Pyramids & the Ancient City of Memphis
Travel to the Giza Plateau this morning, where you'll be awed by the magnitude of the Great Pyramid and two smaller pyramids. The Sphinx, standing next to the pyramids with its lion's body, gazes into the distant desert.
Move on to the ancient city of Memphis, the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom, where the ruins of temples, halls, and statues echo centuries of history. Wrap up the day at the Step Pyramid at Saqqara, a structure that marks the transition from mastaba tombs to pyramids for royal burials.

Day 3: Cairo City Tour With the Egyptian Museum
Dedicate this day to exploring Cairo city's rich heritage! Admire the ingenuity and artistry of ancient Egyptians as you roam around the Egyptian Museum's exhibition halls brimming with priceless antiques, including the statue of King Khafre, builder of the second pyramid at Giza.
Later, proceed to the hilltop Citadel of Salah El Din in the Islamic Cairo area. Constructed in the 12th century, this impressive defensive fortress houses the Muhammad Ali Mosque, whose piercing minarets and beautiful domes can be seen from afar. At the end of the day, weave through Khan el Khalili Bazaar's narrow alleyways to mingle with the locals and get a taste of local life.

Day 4: Alexandria Day Tour incl. Library and Seafood Lunch
Discover Alexandria today. Be awed by the 2nd-century Catacomb of Kom el Shoqafa, where intricate carvings and sculptures whisper tales of the past. Passing by the Roman-era Pompey's Pillar, you'll arrive at the Library of Alexandria, built to commemorate the ancient world's largest library. Stroll pass the Alexandria Conference Center, a science museum, a planetarium, a restoration and conservation laboratory, and the Hall of Fame (exterior only), all located within the complex.
For lunch, savor delicious seafood at a local restaurant looking out to the Mediterranean's endless blue waves. Later, visit the Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque covered in beautiful white marble and granite, and Fort Qaitbey, a defensive fortress built over the ruins of the Lighthouse of Alexandria.
