About This Trip
Discover two continents and experience a vivid tapestry of cultures and history on this classic tour through Morocco and Spain. You will spend 6-day in Morocco to see the world's 7th largest mosque - Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, tour the imperial cities Rabat & Fez, and walk around the cobblestone Medina in Chefchaouen. Then, take the rest of the 9-day in Spain, where the Alcazar of Seville, the Alhambra Palace of Granada, and the Prado Museum of Madrid will show you the character of this country.

Day 1: Arrival, Casablanca - Rabat
Upon you arriving in Casablanca, your private English-speaking chauffeur guide will pick you up at the exit of the airport. After a short visit to Hassan II Mosque from the outside, you will be escorted you to your hotel in Rabat. The remaining time can be spent at leisure.

Day 2: Rabat - Meknes - Fez
In the morning, you will enjoy a short tour of this imperial city including the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Botanical Testing Gardens, the medina ramparts and Almohad gates, the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and Habous neighborhood near Diour Jamaa. Later, take a private transfer to Fez. During the way, you will step through the Bab Mansour to explore the famed Ismailia ancient capital Meknes. After the tour, continue to Fez for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Fez
As the cultural and spiritual center of Morocco, Fez is worthy of a whole day tour. You will find fresh fruit, spices, and various art objects in the narrow streets. Later, enjoy a historical tour in the UNESCO site, where the world's oldest university, the University of Al Quaraouiyine, is located. Also here are the El-Attarine Medersa and Bou Inania Medersa.

Day 4: Fez - Volubilis - Chefchaouen
After breakfast, be transferred to Volubilis to discover the ancient Roman ruins. Continue to Chefchaouen with a stopover at the important pilgrimage town Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. In the afternoon, stroll around the Outa-el-Hammam, the cobblestone medina, and the Grand Mosque to take in the enchantment of this blue city.

Day 5: Chefchaouen - Tetouan - Tangier
After breakfast, you will pass through Tetouan to Tangier. Make a stopover in Tetouan and enjoy a short city tour to see three different architectural styles: the Andalusian style, the Spanish style of the early and mid-twentieth century, and the post-independence style. Continue your journey after this tour. Upon arrival in Tangier, you can spend the remaining time to explore this seaside city at your own pace.

Day 6: Tangier
Today, you will enjoy a guided tour to take in the history and landscape of Tangier. The tour will include the Kasbah, the Tomb of Ibn Battuta, the Teatro Cervantes, the Grand Socco, the Tangier American Legation Museum, and the Kasbah Museum.

Day 7: Tangier - Algeciras - Seville
This morning, you will take a ferry sailing through the Gibraltar Strait to Spain. Upon arriving in Algeciras, your private driver will greet you and escort you to your hotel in Seville. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this ancient city.

Day 8: Seville
Seville is a large and well-preserved historical center stretching back 2,200 years. You will have a half day guided private walking tour, visiting the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcazar of Seville and the Santa Cruz Quarter. After that, spend some time exploring on your own.
Note: The Cathedral of Seville closes at 3:30 pm on Mondays.

Day 9: Seville - Cordoba
Today, you will take a high-speed train to Cordoba by yourself. Upon arrival, meet your private guide at the train station and then start a private walking tour including the Islamic monument Cathedral-Mosque, the Roman Bridge or Sephardic Museum, the Old Quarter and the oldest Alcazar. After the tour, make your way to your hotel and enjoy the remaining time at leisure.
Note: The Cathedral-Mosque closes at 11:30 am on Sundays.

Day 10: Cordoba - Granada
This morning, you will depart for Granada with a private vehicle. Granada is a compelling city with its Islamic architecture and Arabic daily life. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a private guided walking tour in Granada (around 2 hours). The rest of the day is yours to relax at leisure.

Day 11: Granada
Today, you will enjoy a half-day guided walking tour in a UNESCO site, consisting of the Alhambra and Generalife Gardens. The former is the most important existing building of Muslim civil architecture, while the latter belongs to the country residence of the Nasrid king. After the tour, the rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 12: Granada - Antequera - Madrid
There are no direct trains on the route from Granada to Madrid. Therefore, you should take a bus to Antequera, and then take a train transfer to Madrid. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the remaining time at leisure.

Day 13: Madrid
Enjoy a private walking tour today, which will guide you through the history of old Madrid. During the tour, you will see attractions including the Neptune Fountain, the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza Mayor, the Mercado de San Miguel, the former City Hall, the Royal Palace, and the Royal Opera House. After that, appreciate rich art collections in the Prado Museum.

Day 14: Madrid - Toledo - Madrid
Today, you will have a full day excursion to Toledo via high-speed train. You should make your way to Atocha Train Station for Toledo, and take a taxi to the city center. After a half day guided tour, you will have some free time to explore this ancient city on your own. When the tour finishes, make your way back to your hotel in Madrid.
