Day 2: Bangkok, Classic Sightseeing Tour
With an experienced, family-friendly guide at the side, an interesting sightseeing tour will expose you and your kids to the hustle and bustle capital of Bangkok, experiencing their culture, history, and life.
Stroll through the flower and vegetable market, the biggest wholesale market in Thailand. It will be a feast for the senses: the air is filled with strong fragrances, and colorful flowers are made into delicate garlands and intricate displays.
Not far from here is the Grand Palace, the most famous and popular landmark in Bangkok. This palace complex, covering an area of about 218,000 square meters, consists of many awe-inspiring buildings with impressive mosaic details including the sacred Wat Phra Kaew. After that, hop on a long-tail boat cruising through the canals in Bangkok. The passed-by places, where people still live in traditional Thai houses on stilts over the water, will impress you with its peaceful atmosphere and laid-back lifestyle.
The final stop is the fantastic Wat Arun. Inlaid with colored ceramic decors, it is like a gleaming gigantic jewel box waiting to be opened.

Day 3: Bangkok - Kanchanaburi, Floating Market
After the exploration in Bangkok, we will head to Kanchanaburi. On the way, make a stopover at the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. It is rare to see the scene: in the narrow canals, countless hawkers peddle on overloaded boats. Wander along the canals and take wonderful photos with your family.
Upon arrival in Kanchanaburi, you will spend time at "Moo Ban Dek", a jungle home built by a registered nonprofit organization committed to helping underprivileged children, by offering free accommodation and educations, loving care, and encouragement. Your children will be willing to learn about the living environment, interact with the children here, and even provide some help within capacity.

Day 4: Kanchanaburi: Learn History during World War Ⅱ
During World War Ⅱ, the Imperial Japanese Army compelled tens of thousands of prisoners to create the Thailand-Burma Railway, which earned it another name of "Death Railway" because over one hundred thousand people died during its construction. Kanchanaburi, the location of the Death Railway, will take you and your kids back into the past and pay remembrance to the history of WWⅡ.
The Hellfire Pass Museum, your first stop today, is built near the part that the laborers cut out of the rock by hand with basic picks, hammers, and shovels. When you walk along the carved rock trail and listen to the survivors describe their hardship and work experiences by audio recordings, you may get a deep feeling for this place. After that, make a stopover at the railway station near Krasae Cave. This part of the railway is built on a steep cliff slope and offers beautiful scenery over the River Kwai. Return to the town and take some time on the Bridge over the River Kwai. This iron bridge has been modified to include a walkway and several side platforms. From here, you can overlook the surrounding area.
