2. No hotel rooms or flights are currently reserved. Bookings will be made once we receive your deposit. If the proposed hotels, flights, or trains are unavailable, we will arrange alternatives of a similar category and inform you of any price changes for your approval.
2. Meet-and-greet service on arrival and departure, and all required airport/hotel/station/ferry transfers as per itinerary.

- 59-45 Days Prior to Departure: 15% of the total payment will be charged; the balance will be refunded.
- 44-15 Days Prior to Departure: 30% of the total payment will be charged; the balance will be refunded.
- 14-7 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total payment will be charged; the balance will be refunded.
- Less Than 7 Days Prior to Departure: No refund will be made.
Additional Notes
- Any cancellation fees imposed by third-party service providers (including but not limited to banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, and railway companies) will be deducted from the refund.
- Traveler substitutions are considered cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fees.
- After the tour begins, no refunds will be made for unused services due to early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days (including but not limited to Overnights, flights, trains, meals, or entrance tickets).
