Begin your day with a road transfer to Ayutthaya, a UNESCO World Heritage site and former Siamese capital. En route, stop at the Chao Sam Phraya National Museum to explore ancient treasures, including gold jewelry, Buddha statues, and other artifacts from Wat Ratchaburana's restoration.

Continue to visit the iconic Wat Mahathat, renowned for the Buddha head entwined in the Bodhi tree roots. The temple's towering ruins and prangs glimpse its historical grandeur. The tour goes on to Ayutthaya Historical Park, where you'll see Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, once the royal temple of the Ayutthaya period, and marvel at Viharn Phra Mongkolbopit, housing a majestic bronze Buddha within a restored assembly hall.

If time permits, explore nearby temples before returning to Bangkok in the late afternoon.
